She was predeceased by: her father John Lear, Jr.; and her brother Edwin Lear. She is survived by: her mother Faye Lear (Martin) of Palmer Twp; her daughter Laurie Boettinger of Bethlehem; her siblings, Lynda Hendricks of Palmer Twp and John Lear (Susan) of Bushkill Twp; her granddaughter Leah Boettinger; and her niece Emylu Lear.

Debbie's legacy lives on through organ donation, in her passing, she gave the gift of life to many others.
