She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Mutchler and Pearl Mutchler (Christman); her husband Thomas F. Hawk; her son-in-law Edmund Swiacki; and her brother Ronald Mutchler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy H. Kandl (Frank) of Palmer Township and Cathy Marie Swiacki of Bensalem; her grandchildren, Michelle Zuber (Brandon), Melanie Fink, Toshia Giovannone (Anthony), Melissa Malone (Ben), Edmund Swiacki, Jr. and Dr. Todd Kandl (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Meredith, Alexia, Ben Jr., Cameron, Casey, Gianna, Sophia and Mia.
