She was predeceased by: her parents, John C Billiard Sr. and Carrie V. Mutterman Billiard; and her husband Robert E Halpin. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Santiago (Diego, Jr.); her grandson Diego Santiago III; her brother John C. Billiard, Jr.; her nephews, Tom, Ken and John Billiard; and her niece Deb Frey. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
