She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sedlak and Veronica Sedlak (Hirko); and her brother Albert Sedlak. She is survived by: her husband Warren R. Kitchen; her sons, Douglas W. Kitchen (Yolanda) of Crystal Lake, IL and Matthew T. Kitchen (Sharon) of Daytona Beach, FL; and her grandchildren, Tyler Kitchen and Kiana Moreno (Cameron). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
