She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rives Shaffer and Elizabeth Shaffer (Parker); her husband Marvin Strauss; and her nephew Charles. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Nicole "Nola" McCabe (John) of Bethlehem, PA; her daughters, Rebecca and Gabrielle; her stepson Eric Strauss (Tara) of Mountain Lakes, NJ; her daughters, Gillian and Abigail; her sister Mary Holder (Shaffer) of Fort Myers, FL; her niece Mary Zanowic (Peter) of Brick, NJ; her great-nephew Tom; her great-nieces, Alexandra (Holder) and Ashley Gonzales (Holder); Kerrianne Zanowic (Matt).
