She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Delio and Stella Delio (Werzechowski); her husband Bernard Cinoa; and her sister Marie Delio Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Paul Cinoa (Grace Reynolds) of Palmer Twp, PA, Francis Cinoa (Jane Jiang) of Jackson, NJ, Mary Raefski (Jeffrey) of High Bridge, NJ and Stella Barry (Michael) of West Chester, PA; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Timothy, Jonathan, Sophia, Victoria, Lucille, Abigail, Margaret and Anna.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frances' memory may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Jane Frances de Chantel Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA 18045.
