He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam May Baer Hale (Rhoads) and Andrew Shaner Baer; his wife Louise C. Baer (Nowiak); and his son Andrew Baer. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Baer (Jacob Ruttle) and Emily Kitt (Matthew Drozdowski); and his grandchildren, Wylie, Jack and Beatrice.
