She was predeceased by: her husband William Starnes. She is survived by: her children, Charles B. Simons, Jr. (Cathy), James L. Simons (Karen), Linda J. Camerino (Nelson) and Alan F. Simons (Lori); and her stepchildren, Jim Starnes (Pauline), David Starnes (Betty), Tim Starnes (Gaylawn) and Drew Smith (Patti). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
