He is survived by: his wife Helen Mills (Kreps); his sons, John Mills, Jr. (Carin) of Forks Twp, Richard Mills of Saylorsburg, PA and James Mills (Cynthia) of Warrenton, VA; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Richard, Virginia and Marianne.
