She is survived by: her sons, Wayne A. Hank of Quakertown, Gary J. Hank (Barbara) of Puyallup, WA and Matthew L. Hank (Jeani) of Lower Macungie; her grandchildren, Sarah Hank, Lauren Hank (Mehak Anwar), Kristen, Noah and Jacob Hank; and her siblings, Joan E. Baylor of Phillipsburg, NJ, Larry W. Lewis (Connie) of Nazareth and Theodore R. Lewis (Hollace) of Nazareth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
