With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Catherine Ruffe (Easton, Pennsylvania), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Devine and Edna Moore Devine; and her sisters, Joan May and Lorraine Devoy. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Catherine Bergh (Paul) of Bernardsville, NJ, Robert Ruffe (Irene) of Douglasville, Paul Ruffe (Kathleen), Kevin Ruffe (Doreen) of Perkasie and Tara Pfreundschuh (Peter) of Pittstown, NJ.; and her siblings, Pat Bergh, Midge Purcer and Tom Devine. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mary to St. Mary Catholic Church, Alpha, NJ.
