She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Patoki and Emma Patoki (Kappish); her husband John J. Dopilka; and her sister Ethel Mettler. She is survived by: her children, Randy Decker (Tee), Holly Kociolek (Tony) and Gail Kuypers; and her siblings, John Patoki and Helen Repsher. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
