He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis S. Minotti, Sr. and Lena Minotti (Tito); his children, Diane Marie Minotti and Robert L. Minotti; and his brothers, Anthony J. Minotti and Louis S. Minotti, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn Minotti (Powell) of Jacksonville; his children, Debra Minotti Lush (David Coleman) of Allentown, Lauren M. Minotti (Thomas J. Garrity) of Allentown, Stephanie M. Minotti of Pittston and Peter L. Minotti, Jr. of Allentown; his grandchildren, Nicholas Minotti, Nicole Glenn (Brian), Kylie Malcarney (Joseph), Kasey Megna (Jaycob) and Michael S. Lush, Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Max and Molly Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Brison, Brinlee Glenn, Evie and Joseph Malcarney, Jr.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
