He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Heckman (Ronald) and Donald Mackenzie (Janice); his stepsister Cathy McEnroe; his nephews, Marc Mackenzie, Matthew Mackenzie, Ronald Heckman, Brandon Erkinger and Dennis Erkinger; and his niece Tammy Jo Heckman.
