He was predeceased by : his father Clarence Seip; his wife Jean Smith Seip; his brothers, Clarence "Dutch", Robert and Carl Seip; his stepchildren, Susan Palmer and David Harrison; and his son-in-law Craig Osborne.

He is survived by : his stepdaughters, Barbara Heath (Robert) of Easton, PA, Judith Cantin of Ocean City, NJ, Beverley Osborne of Bethlehem, PA and Elaine Pritchard (James) of Easton, PA; and his sister-in-law Fay Seip. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
