He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Hinkel and Doris A. Hinkel (Paul); and his brother David. He is survived by: his son Shawn; his grandchildren, Hunter, Austin and Abigail; his son Brad; his grandchildren, Kayla, Brad Jr. and Alyvea; his significant other Irene Young; and his brother Denny.
