He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Regan, (Otis) and James Regan, Sr.; his son Robert Regan, Jr.; and his siblings, James Regan, Jr. and Paula Lucier.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Regan (Patterson); his daughter Jennifer Powers (Thomas) of Basking Ridge, NJ; his granddaughters, Julia, Alyssa and Samantha; and his brother Bruce Regan of Milton, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305.
