He was predeceased by: his parent Patsy Creazzo. He is survived by: his parent Mary Kessler Creazzo; his wife Rita Mattera Creazzo; his children, Jason Creazzo of Wilson Borough and Bo Creazzo, Jr. of North Carolina; and his siblings, Junior, Rocco, Tony, Mary, Joseph, Jocelyn, Jade, Nicholas, Benny and Jacob Creazzo.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home.
