He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Colleen N. (Long); his children, Amber Conrad Houk, Tara D. Tolson (Steve) and Toby M. Conrad (Beth); his sister Linda Conrad; his grandchildren, Zachary, Luke (Eryn), Graham Tolson, Carly, Caelan Houk, Samantha, Aleksasha and Casselia Conrad; and his great grandchildren, Lilah Houk and Thane Tolson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Faith Lutheran Church of Easton or the International Myeloma Foundation.
