He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Howey (Brunstetter); his son Thomas L. Howey Jr. (Crystal); and his siblings, James W. Howey, Dawn M. Heller, Donna M. Zazulak, Cynthia Kortright (Robert), Denise D Barlip and Betty Jean Howey. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
