He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Fowler and Freda J. Teel Fowler; and his sisters, Audrey L. Bogar and Brenda Haring. He is survived by: his siblings, Jennifer A. Fowler and Thomas R. Fowler; and his daughter Erica Yaguez (Adrian). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 6 nieces.
In Lieu of Flowers Memorials nay be made in Timothy's name to St. Luke's Hospice House.
