He was predeceased by: his parents, Serafin Medina and Hermina Medina (Sanabria); his son Michael; and his siblings, Jenerosa, Hedi, Lee, Nicholas, Robert, Johnny, Hermes and Hector.

He is survived by: his wife Theresa Medina (Stecker); his sons, Wayne Medina (Darlene), Scott Medina (Heather) and Christopher Medina (Ashley); his daughter-in-law Kelli; and his brother Raymond Medina. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
