He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Dam and Cornelia Van Dam (Bosland); and his wife Blanch Van Dam. He is survived by: his children, William Van Dam (Karen), Robert Van Dam (Kim), Gregg Van Dam (Patricia), Beverly Van Dam and Richard Van Dam. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren.
