He is survived by: his wife Patricia Augustine (Thompson) of Ebensburg, PA; his children, Jason Augustine of Ebensburg, Leann Blair of Nanty Glo and David Augustine (Sheena) of Homer City; his grandchildren, Logan Blair, Jullian Blair and Addison Shuler; his stepsons, Eli and Caleb Normand; and his sisters, Dori (Augustine) and Mendoza (Robert).
