He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gerath and Dorothy Gerath (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Dulce Gerath (DeAlmeida); and his stepchildren, Iva Grycuk, Larrissa Garcia, Debora Watkins and Destiny Ann Brown. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Alliance Church (1296 N Center St, Ebensburg, PA 15931).
