He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Murtha and Helyn Murtha (Stahl); his wife Anne Marie Murtha (Aroney); and his sister Cordell Klisanin. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Murtha (Kim) and Timothy Murtha (Beth); his grandchildren, Patti Murtha, Susie Murtha, Cassie Adams (Seth), Tommy Murtha, Jennifer Rivera (Kyle), Katie Gaviglio (Evan), Annie Murtha, Samantha Chandler (Spencer), Jamie Murtha, Timothy Murtha and Maggie Murtha; and his great grandchildren, Maggie Adams and Oliver Chandler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Name Church (500 N Julian St, Ebensburg, PA 15931). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory to the Holy Name Angel Fund or the Saint Francis University Sports Program.
