She was predeceased by : her mother Carol Lute Hoffman. She is survived by : her father Ralph E. Hoffman of Port Allegany; and her siblings, Ralph E. Hoffman, Jr. (Rebecca) of North Augusta, SC, Dustin A. Hoffman (Olivia) of Ulysses, PA, Brianna L. Hoffman (Anthony Hatzell) of Portville, NY, Sarna R. Wiley (Anthony) of Port Allegany, Angela M. Kio (Nathan) of Fairview, PA, Barbara A. Hoffman (Thomas Bennett) of Roulette, Michelle E. Haggard (Camron) of Gulfport, MS and Rebeccah J. Mix (Travis) of Port Allegany.
