She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Surovick and Caroline Surovick; her husband Clarence "Bud"; her daughter Cynthia Parobek; and her siblings, Rudolph, Victor, Stephen, Edward, Joseph, Ann, Helen, Rose, Agnes, Nancy and Veronica.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Cannata (Michael) of Edinboro and Michele Moore (Pete) of Kittanning, PA; her sister Marie Presogna; her son-in-law Robert Paraobek; her grandchildren, Amber Martin (Brad), Ashley Tyler (Justin), Alicia Parobek (Jake), Silas Parobek, Emma Cannata, Isabella Cannata and Therion Moore; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Chloe Martin, Bailey Garwood and Landon Leicht.
