It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward B. Tobin of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence and Irene Kingston Tobin; his wife Emily Ann Kraus; and his brothers, Gerald and Timothy Tobin.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Loewel (George) of Edinboro and Lynn Woodrow (Mark) of Raleigh, NC; his grandsons, Joshua Loewel, Jacob and Colton Woodrow; and his sister Mary Lou Wolfe (John) of Columbus, OH.

He was a member of the Pioneers Club, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF), a life member of Lake Edinboro Sportsman, and Engine House 39.
