He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his son Frank Mineo III; his daughter-in-law Kaelah; and his siblings, Diane Gebhardt, Francine Miller (Jim), Ralph (Jo), Joseph (Joyce) and Robert (Sue). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
