She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Zawistowski and Helen Zawistowski (Fotek); and her nephew Stephen. She is survived by : her sons, David, Christopher (Maggie) and Jeffrey; her grandson Jeffrey Jr.; her brothers, Ronald Zawistowski (Naomi) and Walter Jr. Zawistowski (Dolores); and her nieces and nephews, Deborah, Jennifer, Laura, Rose, Renee, Rhonda, Carla, Ronald Jr., Brian and Nicholas.
