She was predeceased by: her son William James "BJ" Pierson; her parents, William Brown and Violet Brown; and her siblings, William Brown, Jean Leonard, Linda Brown, Wanda Highfill and Patricia Lawson.
She is survived by: her husband James Pierson; her children, Leticia Pierson of McKean and Enoch Pierson (Ashley) of Erie; her grandsons, William Jepson, Hunter Smith and Everett Pierson; and her sister Brenda Dillon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (210 Erie St, Edinboro, PA 16412).
