He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Pifer (Becky) of Corry and Mark Pifer (Michelle) of Edinboro; his grandchildren, Kelly Smith (Collin) of Pittsburgh, Madison Pifer and Matthew Pifer; his great grandchild Blaire Smith; and his siblings, Diane Neal (Max), Roger Pifer (Judy) and Randall Pifer (Beth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
