He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ratvasky and Alice E. Ratvasky (Braho); and his brothers, Paul, Harry, Edward and William Ratvasky.
He is survived by: his wife Viola Minteer; his sons, Richard Dean Ratvasky II (Pamela) of Columbus, OH, David Ratvasky (Heather) of Edinburg, PA and Brian J. Ratvasky of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Brandon and Rowan; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Jake.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
