He is survived by: his wife Janet Michaels; his children, Lisa, Stephen Michaels and Mari Michaels; and his brothers, Peter Michaels (Lynne) and Michael Michaels (Susan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
