He was predeceased by : his parent Arah Leonard. He is survived by : his mother Kathi L. Fuller (Krasel) of Round Lake, IL; his wife Marian Leonard (Philipovich) of Effort, PA; his children, Matthew M. Basiago (Nicole) of Klecknersville, PA and Nichole Basiago (Anthony Walter) of Coopersburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Basiago, Benjamin Basiago, Ophelia Basiago, Maria Eller and Alex Walter; and his sister Heather Ross of Illinois.
