We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2022, at the age of 86, Barbara Ann Phraner of Effort, Pennsylvania, born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William W. Phraner Sr.; and her brother John J. Skrynecki II. She is survived by : her children, Michael Phraner of Effort, PA, William W. Phraner Jr. of East Stroudsburg, PA. and Carolyn Janoszek of East Stroudsburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Robbie Janoszek (Samantha), Samuel, Joseph Janoszek, Joshua, Alicia Bryant and Michael Phraner; and her great grandchildren, Trevor, Skyler, Jordan Bryant and Leo Janoszek.
