He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Horvath (Sczepczenski) and Joseph J. Horvath; his brother James Horvath; his son Zachary Miller; and his sister Karen Horvath.
He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Miller and Joseph J. Horvath III; his grandchildren, Aiden, Damien Horvath, Nicholas, Octavia and Noah Miller; and his sisters, Barbara Capsouras, Marianne Arthur (Darrell) and Janice Wohlrab (Len). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
