She is survived by: her children, Debra Kosina of Brooklyn, NY, Frank DeFazio (Debra) of Hackettstown, NJ, Anthony DeFazio of Brooklyn, NY and Denise Cruci (Edward) of Effort, PA.; her grandchildren, Christian DeFazio (Jennifer), Michael DeFazio (Gabrielle), Samantha Kassl (Adam), Nicholas Kosina (Leonora), Stephanie Diaz (Michael), Charlotte DeFazio-McElrath (Todd), Olivia Cruci, Francesca Kosina, Ben Cruci (Caitlin), Angelica Cruci, Zoe DeFazio and Aurora Cruci; her great grandchildren, Luca DeFazio, Alexandra Kassl, Jayden DeFazio, Mya DeFazio, Nicolette Kassl, Lucia Kosina, Madilyn DeFazio, Zachary Kassl, Sophia Diaz, Annie Cruci and McElrath; and her siblings, Elaine Peluso of Oceanside, NY and Robert Facella (Sylvia) of Saylorsburg, PA..
