He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Cynthia Aylsworth of White Plains, NY and Melissa Cavallone (Mark) of Chatham, NJ.; his grandchildren, Janine, Samantha and Thomas Cavallone; his siblings, John Aylsworth (Kate) of St. Johns, MI, James Aylsworth (Pru) of Medina, OH and Sharon Emler (David) of Shreve, OH; and his sisters-in-law, JoAnne Aylsworth (Earl) of Wooster, OH and Lil Aylsworth (William) of Miami, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
