He was predeceased by : his parents, Alva Freemont and Emma Letty Watkins; and his siblings, Edith, Phyllis, Geraldine, Clifford, Junior and Raymond.
He is survived by : his children, Donene (Mark Mills) of Canton, OH and Lee Watkins of Washington; his grandchildren, Gavin Sams, Jacia Watkins, Lucian Mills, Zeke Watkins and Reagyn Watkins; and his brothers, Delbert and Gerald Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
