She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Riggle and Margaret Devore Riggle; her husband Richard Milligan; and her brothers, George and Don Riggle.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Charlton (Phil), Diane Dower (Bill), Larry (Donna) and Mark (Babette); and her friend Bob Larimer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
