He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf "R. P." Woodhouse and Jennie Testa Woodhouse; and his wife Mary Jane Woodhouse. He is survived by: his sons, David J. Woodhouse of Eighty Four, Wallace "Bud" J. Woodhouse, Jr. of Eighty Four, Kevin B. Woodhouse of Eighty Four and John J. Woodhouse of Bentleyville; and his brother Rudy Woodhouse. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
