We are sad to announce that, on January 5, 2026, at the age of 86, Helen L. Bowser of Elderton, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen L. Bowser to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry T. Bechtel and Ethel L. Bechtel (Boyer); and her grandson Joshua Blacksmith. She is survived by: her husband John R. Bowser; her daughters, Debra Bowser Blacksmith (William) of Plum and Kara A. Boyer (Jon) of Elderton; her grandsons, Matthew Blacksmith (Rachel) of Ann Arbor, MI and Luke Blacksmith of Plum; her great grandchild Sophia Blacksmith; her cousin Alice Young of West Kittanning; and her brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Bowser. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
