He is survived by: his parents, Robert Delone and Arlene Wingard (Sheasley) of Elderton, PA.; his wife Sandy Wingard (Huya); his son Troy Wingard (Kelli) of Homer City; his grandson Gage Wingard; his sister Brenda Cribbs (Jerry) of Elderton; his nieces, Melanie Overly and Melany Foust; his nephew Matthew Cribbs (Tonya); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dalton, Clayton Overly, Kaylynn, Keenan, Cody Cribbs, Taylor and Tyler Foust; and his sister-in-law Gloria Young. He is also survived by numerous aunt, uncles and cousins.
