With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald M. Nero Sr. of Eldred, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father John "Jeddo" Nero. He is survived by : his mother Alice Nero (Haberern); his children, Dr. Natalie Daniels, Noreen Molchany and Gerald M. Jr. (Susan); and his sisters, Linda Heffner (Greg), Carol Szoke and Janice Fetchko (Mike). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Those in attendance will kindly be requested to practice social distancing and wear a face cover. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to Laurel Fire Co., 5114 3rd St., Whitehall in loving memory of Gerald.
