She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Langworthy and Katherine Langworthy (Wilkinson); her in-laws, Lawrence "Cy" and Donna Cook; her brothers-in-law, Steve Cook, Larry Cook, Chet Haymach, Ron Rix and Pete Peters; her niece Angel Taylor Law; and her nephew Craig Roulo.

She is survived by: her husband Kirby Cook; her daughter Tasha Howard (Andy); her grandchildren, Drew Howard (Shelby Claypool) and Dustin Howard (Lauren Morse); her son Dale Cook; her grandchildren, Damian Cook (Abby), Chase Cook, Kaylynn, Sis, Charlotte "Princess" Howard, Waylon "Way Way" and Hadlee "Sweet Girl" Cook; her siblings, Kathi Taylor, Jane Haymach, Steve Langworthy (Mary) and Denny Langworthy (Mindy); and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Cook (Chic), Candy Rix and Marie Cook. She is also survived by several nieces nephews and great nieces and nephews.
