He is survived by: his parents, Wallace F. Green and Judith D. Kelsey Green; his wife Tammy R. Johnston; his children, Nichole Green of Olean, NY, Abby Green of Olean, NY and Kyle Green (Melissa Stephen) of Olean, NY; his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Emmit, Jackson and Calvin; and his siblings, Richard Green (Marcia) of Eldred, Diana Swithenbank (Chuckie) of Virginia and Mike Green of Eldred. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
