He is survived by: his wife Joyce E Hartzell; his daughters, Debbie K. Drum (Jerry) of Eldred and Kathy L. Buck (Gary) of Eldred; his grandsons, Michael C. Buck (Sarah) and Matthew R. Buck (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Blake L. Buck, Owen C. Buck and Brock M. Buck; and his brothers, Garry Taylor of Ceres and Dorwin Taylor of Shinglehouse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home (118 Union St, Shinglehouse, PA 16748). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bob's name may be made to the Eldred Township Fire Department/Ambulance Association, 84 Windfall Road, Eldred, PA 16731.
