She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald W. Mack and Ruth McClelland Mack; her husband Steven M. Gustin; and her brothers, Doug, Tom and Bob Mack.

She is survived by : her sons, Steven Gustin (Jessi) of Eldred and Cory Gustin (Tammy) of Eldred; her grandchildren, Tyler, Zac Gustin, Emma and Noah Gustin; and her niece Jessica Bundy (Dustin) of Eldred.
